Breathable meshes are light and comfortable. Synthetic overlays help lock the foot down over the platform. An asymmetrical pattern allows for maximum medial support and flexibility through the forefoot.
Sole
First Nike Shox platform designed specifically for women's running provides excellent cushioning and stability. The midsole surrounding the columns is Phylon material for lightweight cushioning. An encapsulated forefoot Air-Sole unit provides additional cushioning. The outsole is a combination of Duralon and waffle fill in the forefoot for cushioning and BRS 1000 in the heel for durability.
