The Brooks Adrenaline ASR® 2 extends your range of running pursuits to all-season and all-surface possibilities. Offering the same support features as the GTSTM, the ASR® solid rubber outsole delivers a smooth road ride, yet has a more aggressive tovetraction should you take it off road on moderately rugged trails. The upper puts up a line of defense that takes some of the bite out of wet and cold conditions.

Upper
Synthetic leather and nubuck upper with water resistant mesh keeps your feet dry. The Comfort Collar improves fit and feel around the heel and ankle. An internal thermoplastic heel counter helps stabilize the rearfoot while a reinforced toe bumper adds protection for your toes. A Posterior Metatarsal Strap supports the foot behind the metatarsals. The extra large Internal Support Sleeve (ISS) increases upper integrity which improves support, fit and comfort. The Molded EVA sockliner cushions the foot and enhances the fit.

A full length Substance 257 midsole offers unsurpassed cushioning and durability. Rearfoot Hydroflow ST enhances both cushioning and stability. A Forefoot Hydroflow pad protects the forefoot while on the trail. The Extended Diagonal Rollbar decreases the amount and rate of pronation. The Crumple Zone configuration creates a smoother heel strike and allows a more natural gait. Contact Rubber provides superior traction on wet surfaces and enhances overall road feel. The durable carbon rubber outsole with Brooks High Performance Rubber (HPR) in the rearfoot minimizes outsole wear. The forefoot flex grooves maximizes forefoot flexibility and the bi-directional outsole design grabs at all running surfaces.The Crumple Zone configuration creates a smoother heel strike and allows a more natural gait.
